Authors Revist, Research JFK Assassination and Inescapably Believe There Was a Conspiracy

“As of 2023, 4,684 assassination records are still “fully or partially” withheld from the public.”

Mark Adamczyk, co-author of The JFK Assassination Chokeholds That Inescapably Prove There Was a Conspiracy. joins Jason Spiess to discuss his book and research.

“By now, it is pretty widely known that government agencies are still withholding thousands of “protected” files related to the assassination of President John F. Kennedy,” Adamczyk said. “As of 2023, 4,684 assassination records are still “fully or partially” withheld from the public.”

All remaining JFK assassination records were supposed to be released in full by 2017. That is the law created by Congress in the 1992 JFK Assassination Records Collection Act (JFK Act).

“What happened instead?” Adamczyk asked. “President Trump ordered a delay of more than 3 years. Biden took over the task of declassifying the JFK records and actually made things worse. Biden placed discretion back in the hands of the very agencies that fight so hard to keep these historical records locked away forever. Both presidents did not comply with the clear language and intent of the JFK Act.”

What is the reason for this? According to Adamczyk, “our government told us through the Warren Commission that only one individual (Lee Harvey Oswald) killed JFK. A “lone gunman” who had no co-conspirators.”

He continued.

“We were given that story over 60 years ago, and it was (and is still) sold brilliantly by the mainstream media and in school history books. Interestingly, the JFK Act says that an assassination record can only be withheld if it poses an identifiable harm to a living person, a current military operation, a current intelligence operation, law enforcement, or U.S. foreign relations,” Adamczyk said. “So, where’s the connection between the ‘lone nut’ Oswald and a legitimate reason to withhold an assassination record in 2024?”

In JFK Assassination Chokeholds, readers will find up to date evidence that would have compelled any jury to conclude that Oswald was not guilty beyond reasonable doubt, and that there is clear and convincing evidence of both a conspiracy and obstruction of justice to cover it up.

The approach taken by the contributors in this anthology, three of whom are attorneys complemented by two of the leading authorities in the field, focuses on sixty years of revelations that have been inescapably proven. There is no way around these matters, making them argumentative “chokeholds.”

The next time a historian, teacher, author or Warren Commission backer pushes the lone-nut assassin scenario, the reader will be able to counter with troubling questions, such as: Why was Oswald impersonated? Why did Ruby receive assistance in murdering Oswald? Why do an overwhelming number of investigation insiders not believe the Warren Commission conclusions? How can one explain the scandalous shenanigans around JFK’s brain and the chain of custody for CE 399? And many other inexplicable facts that are a matter of record.

On November 22, 1963, the world took a turn for the worse. JFK and everything he stood for was cruelly taken away from us. Hopefully the truth can help pave the way for a new direction.

Notable Book Reviews

"Fascinating glimpse into the accumulating knowledge of this crime. And why Presidents Trump and Biden both backed away from full disclosure of the JFK Files. This book goes beyond all reasonable doubt to prove that Oswald, given a real trial, would have been acquitted." - Oliver Stone, 3-time Academy Award Winning Director

"Long-time assassination researchers Jim DiEugenio and Paul Bleau, along with attorneys Matt Crumpton, Andrew Iler and Mark Adamczyk, are to be commended for the tremendous public service they've performed with the publication of their new book, The JFK Assassination Chokeholds. What is a "chokehold," you might ask? It is a body of evidence that allows one to draw an indisputable conclusion - in this case, that JFK's assassination was the result of a conspiracy. And according to the authors, there are 10 such chokeholds, each of which receives a chapter-length treatment. If anyone can come away from a reading of the current state of our knowledge about the so-called "single bullet" or the fatal head shoot without feeling the constricting nature of well-applied, incriminating proof, he or she is likely already intellectually moribund." - Cyril H. Wecht, M.D., J.D

"A valuable handbook by five authors which clearly proves its principal thesis of conspiracy beyond a reasonable doubt. But, by no means are their essays in total agreement. The book's value stems from the use of a "chokehold" methodology-a shorter term for the criterion of multiple independent attestation of sources. The scope of this volume makes it a great accessory-not so much for historians or researchers-but rather for the desks of authors who undertake historical research."-Dr. John M.
