The state of North Dakota has introduces it’s second ESG Boycott Bill this year. HB 1429 State Representatives Novak, Koppelman, Louser, J. Olson, S. Olson, Porter, M. Ruby, Thomas and State Senators Elkin, Magrum, Rummel.
This ESG Boycott Bill includes coal, oil and gas energy industries but also guns and agriculture.
